Zearch is working exclusively with a high growth, disruptive Pre-IPO DevOps/PaaS/SaaS business that have already have a strong foothold in the UK Public sector. We are now looking for a true Enterprise, Complex Sales professional to expand current accounts and sell in to new key customers in the UK Central Government verticals, working with the big SI's.
Our client is a Gartner leader and still Pre-IPO therefore there is a lot of long-term potential for the ideal candidates. This person should come with a great network in top Public Sector accounts and be used to positioning complex software solutions and over achieving quota! 100%+!
Who are we looking for?
- An Enterprise Account Executive/Solution led Sales person with minimum 10 years experience in a quota carrying enterprise direct sales role in the SaaS/PaaS/iPaaS/DevOps/Security/Integration or CX/Customer Engagement space.
- Sold extensively to the UK Public Sector, Central Gov, Police, Defence a real bonus
- New business hunter
- Experience working with global SI's.
- Experience leading sales cycles from beginning to end by using your domain experience, sales skills, and leveraging company Solution Architects and Solution Consultants.
- Demonstrated experience in managing monthly and quarterly quota assignments and being able to forecast accurately.
- Familiar with a complex sales cycle, engaging various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with internal and external clients.
- Experience building a pipeline and qualifying and identifying deals that the individual or others can close (managing inbound opportunities and hunting for new opportunities)
- Closed $200K+ deals
