Pursuits Lead, EMEA opportunity to work for our client, a global leader in business interior design. As the Pursuits Lead, EMEA you will be managing a small team of Pursuits Managers and be very hands-on as you will be required to run pursuits, manage storyboarding sessions, make bid / no bid decisions, stakeholder management, coaching and developing the team and writing responses.

• Strong storytelling capabilities. You’re a natural at developing win strategies, storyboards and a clear value proposition with client teams.
• Client-centricity is your default. You want to get to the core of a client’s needs, and understand the details and win themes that sit behind Pursuits.
• You’re excited and ready to roll-up your sleeves and run proposals from initial qualification to post-debrief feedback.
• Excellent writing and organisational skills with an eye for graphic design.
• Impeccable stakeholder management skills. You’re passionate about coaching, managing and coordinating teams ensuring all parties are engaged, clear and delivering against the win strategy / storyboard.

Pursuits Lead Responsibilities:
• Acting as central point of contact for tender pipeline management.
• Leading the creation of a wide variety of pursuits-related content from PQQ /RFI / RFP responses, to presentations and client or industry specific capability statements.
• Developing case studies and topical content that promotes our brand identity and position as a thought leader.
• Ensuring consistency, world class content writing, branding and design.
• Managing the ongoing update of a Pursuits Library and coordinating with other regions for consistency.
• Debriefing and ensuring that post tender feedback is acted on.
• Collaborating across disciplines, regions and studios.
• Managing a growing team of pursuits and graphics professionals.
Key Skills required:
• Timely and successful delivery of proposal responses, presentations and client or industry specific content.
• Proactively contributing to internal knowledge sharing and engagement with the global marketing & communications team.
• Effectiveness and quality of relationships across team(s) within the discipline and region.
• Previous experience in the architecture, design or construction industry a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be preferred.
• Experience operating in EMEA and working with Teams producing bids in multiple European languages.
