The Role
A unique and exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Software Engineer (Python, AWS, APIs) to join a growing cross-functional scrum-team. The expectation for this role is to commute into the company's Manchester Headquarters once a month for collaborative days, other than this there is no expectation to commute into the office. The role is completely flexible when it comes to remote working. The company support the needs of all employees, and realise how valuable time is. They respect all employees to work from the comfort of their homes!
As a Software Engineer, you will play an integral role in creating dependable and effective software on the company's platform. You will be responsible for developing business and technical change, in line with the technology delivery strategy and operational principles. You will have the opportunity to voice your opinion and help influence the direction of the company's products moving forward. The company will give you dedicated time to research new and emerging technologies, to enable you to share ideas on how to improve the companies tech-stack and products.

The role is for a Software Engineer and should have experience of:
Python
Cloud-based technologies (preferably AWS)
Rest APIs, JSON and microservices
Understanding of version control best practices and principles
