Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products/services meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations. If you have GMP analytical experience, a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality self-inspections on laboratory processes
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
- Investigate process deviations in a timely manner and keep detailed accounts of quality impact
- Manage change control, CAPAs and SOP updates to completion
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues
- Report any issues and discuss collaboratively with clients
- Support batch release by meticulous attention to detail
- Document and report quality metrics and findings to management
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a GMP quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
