Job Description

Mane are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the Installation at an Energy from Waste facility.

As a QA/QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in upholding quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of superior products to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough inspections of production processes and products to verify compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
2. Utilize calibrated measuring equipment to conduct precise measurements and assessments of materials and components.
3. Identify defects and deviations in manufacturing processes, promptly addressing them to prevent quality issues.
4. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to develop and implement effective solutions for ongoing quality improvement.
5. Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure consistency, quality, and suitability for use in production.
6. Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports and quality records.
7. Adhere strictly to all applicable standards, internal protocols, and legal regulations governing product quality and safety.
8. Conduct comparative analyses of finished products against original specifications and patents to ensure conformity.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to energy or waste management.
2. Proficiency in the operation and calibration of measuring equipment and tools.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze defects and deviations.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to propose effective solutions.
5. Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations governing product quality and safety.
7. Ability to maintain composure and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
