We are currently working with a global strategic insights agency that is in a period of growth and looking for a Research Director to help grow a qual team with an already impeccable reputation in London.
You will join a highly reputable team, working on briefs for a tier-one client list including Sage, BT, Netflix and Ray-Ban. Alongside award-winning colleagues, you will deliver high-quality strategic brand and communications research. Projects will take a variety of forms from creative testing and proposition development to exploratory research and tackling questions such as “What does the future of working from home look like?”
Using your qualitative methodology background, you will work across multiple accounts to deliver exceptional qual insights. Reporting to the Head of Qual, you will be a vital voice within the business and will be given the opportunity to learn how a business is run. My client has won multiple awards for their work and offers some of the quickest career development opportunities on the market.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of research agency experience.
- Strong experience in qualitative research methods.
- Experience directing research projects from end-to-end and writing winning proposals.
