Science Teacher:A Bristol Secondary School is recruiting for a Science Teacher to work from September 2024.This is an exciting opportunity for any Science Teacher who wishes to work in a school that strives for outstanding outcomes.The successful Science Teacher will join a supportive and collaborative department. You will work as part of a large and successful team with access to well equipped labs.The school is willing to consider applications from Science Teachers from all disciplines.Role and Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 studentsDevelop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needsFoster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and enthusiasm for scienceAssess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growthCollaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and participate in extracurricular activitiesThe successful Science teacher will:Hold QTS or equivalentHave experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4Be passionate about there subjectStrong knowledge of the Science curriculum and teaching methodologiesApplications from both experienced Science Teacher and ETCs are welcomed.Role: Science TeacherDays: Monday - FridayHours: 08:00 - 15:30Salary: £153-£212 per day (dependant on experience). Equivalent to Teacher Pay scale (M1-M6)Location: BristolAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
