This is a full time role offering a fantastic pay rate of £40 per hour. Supervise 1 supervising social worker and 2 fostering support workers - providing monthly reflective and case management supervision and quality assurance of their work. Using Power BI to track data to ensure compliance of visits, annual reviews, etc. Undertake screenings requests for regulation 24 and viability assessments to make informed decisions whether a visit should progress. Support workers at relevant meetings and chair placement stability meetings when required. Support the team manager and cover their role when they are not in.
