Cleveland Scott York (CSY) is a boutique Intellectual Property (IP) law firm, specialising in patents and trade marks. We provide comprehensive IP services to a wide range of clients, including SMEs and multi-national corporations. CSY is a progressive firm with a knowledge-sharing culture and a reputation for excellence in training and professional development.
We are looking for a qualified Trade Mark Attorney to cover maternity leave of up to a year on a 5 day a week basis (hybrid working). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and will be able to work autonomously to cover a varied caseload of trade mark work including contentious matters. In addition, they will be able to provide high level support to two Partners.
