You'll play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance. With the company's significant investments and strong backing, you'll have the resources and support needed to drive excellence in every aspect of quality management.
Your responsibilities will include developing and progressing the quality strategy, managing quality of packing materials and tea, overseeing supplier quality and development, and ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation. You'll also lead the quality department and its people, setting and upholding company standards while working within the policies and procedures.
To excel in this role, you'll need comprehensive knowledge of quality systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively. Experience in managing quality departments and implementing improvement activities will be highly beneficial.
