What do you need to be successful?


  • Experience of being a Quality Supervisor/ Manager in a manufacturing/production environment
  • An understanding of Quality Systems and processes
  • Instrumental in engagement with the team, creating accountability and leading by example
  • Ability to implement Quality Improvement initiatives ensuring that people and process are aligned to meet customer expectations


What experience will you need?


In this position you will manage all areas of quality within the business including but not limited to:


  • Quality assurance at each phase of manufacture, comprising warehousing, material storage and picking, machining, finishing assembly and despatch
  • Implementing systems for assuring quality within a manufacturing facility
  • Working closely with production & factory managers & supervisors to achieve quality goals
  • Training operatives throughout the factory to follow the QA procedures and ensuring their continued compliance
  • Ensuring that all operatives fully understand their responsibilities with regards to quality
  • Ensuring that all product despatched from our factory to customer sites is correctly and to the expected level of finish and quality.
