Quality Assurance Manager Job In Chelmsford

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic company based in Essex as they are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.

You must be be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Job Spec:

- The purpose of this role is to ensure that all processes within the company are adhered to, this will be done via auditing and sampling the work that is being carried out.

- You will assist in ensuring the standards set for the company, including phone calls, e-mails, opportunities followed through.

-Putting in place improvements for any gaps that are found.

- Act as a trusted relationship-builder between the company and internal customers.

- Facilitate communication between company and customers.

- Help customers understand the benefits of new products and services.

- Work towards company achieving an ISO Accreditation.
