Their commitment to excellence and sustainability sets us apart in the market.</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our food diary production process meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role is crucial to maintaining our clients reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><b>Quality Control:</b></p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.</li><li>Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.</li></ul><p><b>Compliance and Documentation:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality assurance activities.</li><li>Prepare and submit reports on quality metrics, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions.</li></ul><p><b>Team Management:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing training, guidance, and support.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among all staff.</li></ul><p><b>Supplier and Vendor Management:</b></p><ul><li>Evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials from suppliers.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality.</li></ul><p><b>Continuous Improvement </b></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to implement best practices and innovative solutions.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Food production, ideally chilled experience</li><li>Degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.</li><li>HACCP & Food Safety certified to level 3 or above.</li><li>Internal auditor trained to level 3 or above.</li><li>Proven experience in quality assurance or related field, and in a managerial/leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g. BRC and HACCP)</li></ul></div>
