Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement Do you have an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring products meet legal quality and safety standards We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our Client in Alconbury. As a Quality Assurance Officer you will ensure that all products conform to legal quality and safety requirements. You will focus on continuous improvement principles and work closely with your operations colleagues to deliver quality products on time every time. Your key tasks will include coordinating and conducting QA checks using the internal systems identifying and addressing nonconformances and implementing corrective actions. You will oversee manufacturing practices through regular inspections and followups ensuring documentation is complete and recording instances of nonconformity. As a Quality professional with an avid eye for detail you will write up nonconformance reports identifying and reporting opportunities for continuous improvement Performing quality inspections and sampling of finished products raw materials and components as well as liaising with production supervisors and operators on product quality issues will be essential. Who are we looking for Possess an excellent eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general IT skills. Must be flexible and prepared to work to tight deadlines. Good communication skills. Interest and enthusiasm for the role. A cando attitude especially in problemsolving.
