The main responsibility is to provide technical support to the technical department to maintain safety, quality and legality of the products. To work with Site Technical and Operations teams ensure the efficient production of safe and legal food. Carry out internal audits and routine Food Safety inspections Carry out daily taste sessions (Hovis Quality Evaluation) Managing Product quality Standards, from identifying the quality standards to ensuring the factory implements them Arranging sample collection and despatch – Finished Product, Raw Materials and Micro Managing raw materials and packaging documentation Deliver continuous improvement of both product quality and standards on site. Knowledge of food legislation and food safety principles Possess good communication skills both written and verbal and must be computer literate.
