Job Title: Mid-Level QA Manual Tester Location: Fully Remote (UK-based) Salary: £40,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Mid-Level QA Manual Tester to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products by designing, developing, and executing manual test plans. Working closely with our development and product teams, you will help us deliver flawless software to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira . Collaborate with development teams to ensure issues are resolved. Perform regression, functional, and non-functional testing. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements to the software. Requirements: Proven experience in manual testing within a software development environment. Proficient with Jira for bug tracking and project management. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining communication with the team. Desirable: Experience with automation testing (not required but a plus).
