Location: Field (Company van provided)
Working hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday, 5 days per week between the hours of 8am-5pm and on-call rota.
We are looking for Quality Auditors who have metering experience in both domestic and commercial settings, to drive sustainable and operational change to create breakthrough benefits. The role will involve you working closely with all departments in the business and having regular meetings with exposure to senior management.
Yü Smart is a Metering Equipment Manager within the Energy Sector delivering smart meter and EV charge-point installation services. The Quality Auditor will be responsible for ensuring meter installations are carried out safely and to an exceptional standard in line with Yü Smart's policies and procedures.
Ensuring field operatives conduct themselves in a professional friendly manner and uniforms and vans are up to the required high standards. Reporting into the Field Management Team the QA will audit field team members verifying the quality of their works is in-line with Yü Smarts standards and procedures.

What We Need from Yü
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Ensure field operatives work is to the required safety and quality standards.
- Promote a high level of health and safety within the team.
- Monthly technical and quality audits are delivered to SLA.
- Undertake Quality Assurance Sign-Offs of operative's capability.
- Analyse trends, identify individual and process improvements from findings.
- Help facilitate the delivery of a seamless customer experience for our client.
- Coach and support the field team where required.

- Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience in commercial settings
- Industry Qualifications: CMA1 / CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
- Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)
- Three Phase
- REGT1 - Medium Pressure
- MET4 - Small commercial gas metering
- Current Transformer (CT)
- UK Driving Licence
- Pass a colour blindness test
- Pass a DBS check
