Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure the business complies with industry standards and customer specifications.
Manage and enhance quality management systems, ensuring products meet customer requirements and legal standards.
Liaise with cross-functional teams across their sites to drive consistency and improvements.
Ensure all third-party growers and suppliers adhere to ethical and production standards.
Act as the main point of contact for technical and quality-related customer issues, including managing audits, customer visits, and technical reviews.
Collaborate on product development projects to drive innovation and improve product quality.
Oversee customer systems, databases, and develop specific technical development plans.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance, ideally within horticulture, agriculture, or food production.
Strong understanding of industry and legal quality standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with both internal teams and external clients.
Ability to manage customer relationships and respond swiftly to quality concerns.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and processes.
