We are seeking a QC Inspection Supervisor to uphold the highest quality standards within the QC Inspection department. This pivotal role involves overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing a dedicated team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Management and the Inspection team to develop and implement quality control processes.
- Manage and mentor the inspection team.
- Conduct daily inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor adherence to quality protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation on quality findings and maintain accurate records.
- Provide guidance and training to the inspection team to enhance their understanding of quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within Quality Control / Quality Assurance for Manufacturing
- Leadership experience in a Supervisory position
- Strong Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement skills.
- Previous inspection experience.

Working Hours: 40 hrs per week – Mon-Fri (early finish Friday).
