Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage all aspects of the Quality Management System for Alternative Fuel.
- Ensure compliance with IATF16949 and ISO9001 regulations.
- Oversee Quality Assurance and control of the production unit, ensuring consistency, compliance, and meeting internal and external standards.
- Represent the company in all QA interactions, including handling complaints.
- Travel to oversees supplier and customer locations (infrequent)
Core Duties:
- Maintain and prepare documentation for the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949.
- Manage all aspects of the PPAP process.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Train and develop other QA staff.
- Provide technical knowledge and support to customers, suppliers, and internal contacts.
Key essential requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant field (Engineering ideally)
- Quality experience in an Automotive (IATF16949) manufacturing environment
- Team management and development experience
- Previous face to face customer interaction experience
- Previous supplier interaction experience
Working arrangements and package:
- £50,000 - £60,000 +Bonus
- Death in service of 7 x annual salary
