As the business continues to grow, our client is looking for a Quality, Health and Safety Manager to join the team and help take the business to its next level in quality, health, and safety efficiency. The successful role holder will be delivering improvements throughout the business, suggesting changes, and embedding them into the company culture. This is a fantastic role for candidates who are looking for continuous growth working within a thriving organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing current Quality, Health and Safety across the business
- Suggesting areas for improvement
- Providing reports and information to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team
- Overseeing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Successfully embedding change throughout the business
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience working within QHSE
- Strong experience delivering efficiency improvements within manufacturing or industrial environments
- H&S Qualification – NEBOSH or IOSH
- Experience working in modern manufacturing methodologies and process improvements including Six Sigma, Lean Tools, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, TPM, ToC
- Strong understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage change effectively
- High attention to detail
- A degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field would be advantageous
