As the HSE Manager in a major Heavy Engineering Manufacturer based in the Birmingham area, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the compliance department, working with the senior management team and reporting directly to the Site Manager. Your role with comprise of developing the site strategy, systems, training, deployment, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of health and safety, and key environmental activities. This challenging role requires an experienced manager, NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Health and safety qualified, with extensive experience of operating health and safety regulations and compliance at a managerial level within Manufacturing and Heavy industry. Our client is a major global international manufacturing company, with a strong tradition of delivering high quality manufacturing. A heavy industrial site comprising of CHP, water treatment and heavy industrial Manufacturing equipment.
