Quality Inspector Livingston

The role of Quality Inspector it to ensure the consistent quality of products within the manufacturing department by conducting routine inspections, supporting production teams, and maintaining adherence to quality standards and processes. Rotation Shift Pattern:

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:00, Friday 06:00 - 12:00 Back Shift: Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00, Friday 12:00 - 18:00 Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

Key Responsibilities: Daily Inspection Checks: Perform scheduled inspections to ensure all products meet quality standards. Fit & Function Gauges: Utilize gauging systems to validate product fit and functionality. SQC Data Entry: Record and maintain data for Statistical Quality Control (SQC) processes. Standards & Specifications: Ensure products meet internal and customer standards and specifications. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and company policies. Customer Concerns: Address and support resolution of quality-related customer concerns in a timely manner. Sample Inspection: Conduct sample inspections on finished products for compliance with quality standards. Complete Inspections: Conduct full product inspections as required, ensuring that all specifications and quality guidelines are met. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs.
