Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Activate Apprenticeship team as a Quality Lead. The post holder will oversee the Quality process within specific areas such as, Childcare, Health and Social Care, Business Administration, and Team Leading.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for working as part of a team ensuring quality assurance of the full Apprenticeship learner journey, leading Quality Infrastructure, designing and implementing delivery plans, schemes of work and training materials for new provisions and changes within the current qualifications.
Whilst working collaboratively as part of the broader team, you will also be responsible for overseeing the progress and development of the Performance Coaches to ensure they are set up to succeed, including observation of performance and supporting professional development opportunities.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
You will have a proven track record of effective delivery within the subject areas including functional skills and work-based learning within a similar environment and previous experience in planning and monitoring internal quality assurance. In addition, you will need a minimum of level 3 qualification within occupational area of delivery or sufficient work experience.
