About You

  • You’ll be exceptionally passionate about quality and ‘right first time.’
  • A ‘customer first’ approach will be second nature.
  • You’ll be keen to progress and undertake further training or qualifications where necessary.
  • A proven success in a Quality based role gained within a fast paced environment is a must.
  • You’ll have proven success in the maintenance and improvement of an ISO certified QMS.
  • Experience of quality tools and techniques such as root cause analysis, DoE.
  • It would be great if you have a formal qualification in quality, although this isn’t essential.


About the Job

  • You’ll take the responsibility of ensuring products are manufactured meet the customer specifications.
  • QMS maintenance that complies with ISO9001.
  • You’ll lead a small team, you’ll be able to influence and motivate to ensure goals are met.
  • You’ll ensure internal audits are carried out, you manage the process for investigations and the timely closer of customer complaints, CAPA’s and NC’s.
  • You’ll work closely with the product development and engineering teams on projects.
  • You’ll assist the supply chain team in supplier approval and monitoring.
  • Facilitate FMEA & root cause analysis.
