Quality Manager (£40k-£45k) - Milton Keynes
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for food safety?
A leading food manufacturer in Milton Keynes seeks a Quality Manager to oversee their quality control processes. You'll ensure they meet strict BRC standards and deliver excellent products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in managing the quality system and HACCP plan.
- Conduct internal audits and manage testing procedures.
- Continuously improve processes and develop your team's skills.
- Work with customers during audits and key interactions.
- Resolve quality issues and take corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in food manufacturing quality control.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining BRC standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
