Job Description

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager or QHSE Manager to join a global leader in the Plastics Manufacturing Business based in Runcorn.

Quality Manager / QHSE Manager
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hour week.

Overview:

1. Investigate all ways and methods to reduce internal and external rejects.
2. Monitor existing procedures and where possible implement improvements.
3. Provide monthly quality figures and recommendations to enable the Management team to judge Quality performance.
4. Maintain our compliance to the ISO 9000 Standard and stay abreast of updates within the ISO standard.
5. Introduce methods along with accountabilities to speed up QA checks whilst maintaining improved quality performances.
6. Ensure all training levels in all areas are maintained.
7. Ensure all safety audits are undertaken and reported in the appropriate way.

Experience:

1. High-volume manufacturing background.
2. Plastics Processing experience.
