Salter Grange is working with a leading Principal Contractor who is currently recruiting a QA/QC Manger who is multi-disciplined in CSA, Mechanical and Electrical and ideally has significant experience within the Data Centre Industry.
The successful QA/QC Manger will be joining a growing Data Centre division on an excellent Project for a blue chip client and be part of a highly regarded company well known for its strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery.

Quality Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation, execution, and upkeep of the project Quality Plan and inspection/test plans following the Client's specifications.
- Interpret and convey the contract Quality requirements to project staff and company functions supporting the project.
- Review, audit, and oversee the Project Quality plan and procedures implementation, working with the Auditing team.
- Manage Project inspection/test programs and associated witness point schedules on a per-system basis.
- Ensure client participation at agreed-upon inspection/witness points per the project contract and handover schedule.
- Manage the resolution of Quality-related matters at the Project Management Team and project supervisor levels.
- Coordinate the handover of all Quality Records to the Client on a system-by-system basis.
Quality Manager Background:
- Roughly 3 -7 years of experience in a similar QA Construction role
- Prior experience working on data centre construction projects
- Prior experience working for a general contractor is ideal
