The role

As Quality Manager your top priority will be around the planning and implementation of the QMS policy and procedures. This requires you to be working with the QMS dashboard, as well as constantly searching for ways to Improve the quality of the product portfolio.


This is a hybrid position, whereby you will be required to spend 2-3 days in the office in Hampshire. It is a collaborative team and therefore communication is key as well as a strong team spirit.


We are seeking an experienced QMS Manager, who has experience ideally in medical devices with an understanding of how to improve QMS in a business. This position would be suitable for junior to mid-level individuals.

Other responsibilities include:

  • QMS in accordance with ISO 13485
  • File reviews and improvement logs
  • Supplier assessments
  • Updating controlled document
  • Reviewing surgical techniques & IFU
  • Updating and creating new instrument checklists


The requirements

QMS experience in Medical Devices is a must, as well as…

  • Experienced with ISO345
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
  • Accustomed to improvements and up to date with quality requirements
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
