Quality & Risk Associate Director, Accountancy, Professional Services, Law Firm, Bristol, Part Remote Quality & Risk Associate Director required to work for a Professional Services / Accountancy business based in Bristol. However, due to Covid-19, this will be remote for 2-3 days per week. We need someone who is either working in the likes of an Accountancy, Law or Regulatory firm who understands the need and concept of Quality & Risk. You will be helping to spearhead the Quality & Risk strategy for the firm and help drive it forward. We could look at someone who is currently a fee-earner for an Accountancy firm (ICAEW, ACCA), who has had enough and wants to get out to do something different. Even someone working for a Law Firm within Quality & Riskor someone working for one of the Accountancy Regulatory bodies who, again, fancies a change of career. The opportunities are almost endless with this firm. We just need someone with the right attitude and energy to be able to help execute what needs delivering here. Read on for more details Requirements Hold a relevant professional qualification (ICAEW/ ACCA/Compliance with relevant experience in a similar position, either at another firm or other regulatory body. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Willingness to work as part of a close-knit team and as a self-directed individual. Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to create productive relationships across BR and the firm. Ability to work constructively with stakeholders of all levels A conscientious and thorough approach with strong attention to detail. Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work. Highly motivated with a desire to seek new ways of improving our service to our internal clients. Someone from a Professional Services or Regulatory firm would be preferred.
