A Construction Consultancy working on project values starting at £1M up to £700M is looking for a QS to join their young growing team.
This Construction Consultancy adopts a tailored approach to all of its projects, offering bespoke knowledge to numerous sectors from New Build Residential, Grade I and II* listed restoration projects, Retail, Hospitality and Leisure, to name a few.
Shadow their Directors and learn from established professionals in the industry.
You will have the opportunity to harness your QS experience in the Construction Consultancy market to regeneration high-end bespoke Residential schemes, such as a £700M valued project building 1,000 homes & 10,000sqm of Commercial space at a local seafront.
Ideal if you have:
- 1+ years experience in either civil engineering or building projects
- Experience or knowledge of using CostX
- Direct experience working in both pre and post contract activities (desirable)
