Quantity Surveyor - Major Residential Development - East London
This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a major new build residential project in East London. You will be required to work on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months initially which is likely to be extended or a permanent contract offered.
For this Project Quantity Surveyor position, you will be based on site in East London, full time and be part of a commercial team working as a Package Quantity Surveyor on one of the large apartment blocks.
You will as Project Quantity Surveyor manage sub-contract packages, issue notices, make payments and efficiently managing variation accounts and preparing final accounts. Procurement for the current phase is complete however it is possible that towards the end of the contract you will provide procurement assistance for the next phase and beyond.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work for a premier league residential developer. You will have over 5yrs of stable UK employment as a Quantity Surveyor in the London environment and be eligible to live and work in the UK. You will have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and must have worked in the residential sector.
