Quantity Surveyor
Fleet
Up to £80k per annum + Package
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for glazing facade projects, including materials, labour, and overhead expenses.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Tendering Process: Coordinate the tendering process, including reviewing bid documents, analysing subcontractor and supplier proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve the best for the company.
- Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for glazing facade projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and final account summaries, to inform project stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
