They are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join the team working out of our Manchester office and assist with providing a high-quality service to our clients throughout the North West of England. They will have at least 2 years' experience the role involving quantity surveying / design/ contract procedures.Quantity Surveyor Position RemunerationSalary: £40k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)Hybrid workingPensionHolidayCareer development opportunitiesWork within a talented multidisciplinary teamOther benefits to be discussed at interview stageQuantity Surveyor Position OverviewLiaise with the Client and the Professional Team to determine the Client's initial requirements and to develop the Client's Brief.Advise the Client on demolition, strip-out, site investigation and enabling works contracts required before the Building Contract and advise on associated procurement of these works.Advise on the cost of the Project. Advise on the cost of alternative design and construction options. (Typically Order of Cost Estimate in case of D&B).Advise on alternative procurement options.Visit the Site.
