Are you passionate about Quantity Surveying and looking for new opportunities in Cornwall?
Sphere is currently seeking Assistant Quantity Surveyors and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors for various projects in the region.
Salaries range from £30k-£75k based on experience.
Requirements include
a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications with relevant work experience,
strong negotiation skills,
commercial awareness,
knowledge of D&B/JCT forms of contract.
Previous UK experience in similar projects and a good understanding of building regulations and construction methods are essential.
