Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hybrid - 3 Days in Manchester office - 2 Days from home
Compensation: £50,000 - £60,000

Job Summary:
My client are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for steel construction projects, including materials, labour, and other associated costs.
- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and measurements from project drawings and specifications.
- Analyse project requirements, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to develop comprehensive cost plans and budgets.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying variances and implementing cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the steel construction industry.
