Our Client based in London are currently recruiting for a Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible on a full time, permanent role.

This role is offering hybrid working with site visits to multiple projects across the London area, the ideal candidate must be a Commercial focused Quantity Surveyor with five plus years experience as a minimum with in Fit out Projects.
Our Client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who must have experience of fit-out projects, ideally Hotel Fit Outs. They need someone who can hit the ground running with limited training. Projects range in value but they are ideally looking for someone who can manage multiple £10-20 million projects at the same time.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience being a QS on similar projects- Fitouts/hotels/construction. Working on same budget projects min-10million
- Strong Commercial Awareness and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing and dealing with contractual issues on standard forms of contract i.e. JCT form of Contract
