Job Description
Antac are a multi-disciplinary company that offer a range of services including Building Maintenance, M&E, MOD housing refurbs, Commercial Cleaning and Window Cleaning.
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support our business on a full time permanent basis. This role will be working across our MOD Housing contract as well as supporting on additional Projects within M&E. You will work from both the Faringdon (commercial and projects team) and Bulford (Housing) offices.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with tenders
- Producing schedule of rates
- Retrieving prices from subcontractors
- Preparing void measures
- Final accounting projects
- Compiling applications for payments
Essential
- Good knowledge of the commercial environment
- Understanding of measured term contracts
- Confident using Microsoft packages
- Proficient communication and time management
Desirable
- Experience in tendering with public sector organisations and familiar with crown commercial service rules.
- Good knowledge of NHF schedule of rates
Successful applicants will need to be able to complete and pass security vetting for this role.
