Alpha Associates Recruitment are recruiting an Quantity Surveyor for one of their clients, working out of their office in Cheadle.
It is essential that the Quantity Surveyor has previous experience working for a new build residential contractor and also have experience with Infrastructure works.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be paid a salary up to £70,000 per annum.
Essential Skills and Daily Requirements:
- Submitting monthly reports to the relevant staff, including cost valuations and any remeasures that will effect the timelines.
- Prepare payment certificates for sub contract work.
- Liaise with the relevant staff to make sure quotes and orders are placed correctly for and in advance of all works on site.
- Assist with the monthly meetings, reporting any cashflow and work issues.
- The ability to work under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met on time is essential.
- Full UK Drivers License.
