Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager

Cardiff (hybrid)

Salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience)


A leading engineering consultancy based in Cardiff have an urgent requirement for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager to join their Project Management team on a permanent basis.


Current workload includes client advisory for public sector, employers agent, aviation, highway schemes, large utilities schemes, blue light, heritage to name a few.


The PM team are knowledgeable, hardworking and the environment is fast-paced and exciting. Pretty much all of the team junior and senior interact with clients. There are great opportunities for progression and they are currently supporting team members to achieve RICS or APM qualifications amongst others.

Key skills/ qualifications:

- Project Management / Cost Management degree and / or Masters

- Member of an appropriate professional body APM/ CIOB

- Full, clean drivers’ licence is advantageous

- Ability to work using own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
