Quantity Surveyor - RAIL
Bristol - Swindon
6 months contract - rolling
£300-375 per day
Hybrid – 2/3 days in the office and WFH the rest of the week

Our client is a reputable consultancy within the rail sector who have worked on the UK’s biggest engineering and construction projects.
They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on an Enhancements on a Signalling led project between the Bristol and Swindon area. Currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with proven Railway experience.
Expectations of a Quantity Surveyor:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Railway
- Demonstrate cost management and proven Rail project experience.
- Hold excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Have experience on Bidding and Costing within projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined environment.
- Have strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Hold relevant Degree Qualifications
- Be proficient on Microsoft Packages including Excel
