As a Quarry Manager, you enjoy working in a ‘hands on’ position efficiently managing a busy Quarry alongside a close-knit group of colleagues.
You’re not someone who likes to sit in an office all day; although there will be an element of People Management and Paperwork, the ability to be out on site being involved in the operation is part of the role. From overseeing crushing and screening using static plant, maintenance activities on both fixed and mobile plant, blasting and effectively planning and organising quarrying operations; each day is guaranteed to be different.

As our next Quarry Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient management and operation of a busy quarry covering the production of aggregates whilst driving forwards our standards of excellence in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental Management; you will be a leading contributor to the Company’s zero harm culture.
