Experience and Requirements:
· 1-2 years of professional experience within the technology industry.
· Technology-related bachelor's degree (eg. Computer science, IT, etc)
Responsibilities:
o Client Facing: Client relationship building throughout the sales and production process. This includes regular correspondence for claim-related information and liaising directly with government task authorities on their behalf.
o Subject Matter Expert: A technical understanding of the technology and software industry, with working knowledge of consulting processes.
o Report and Claim Management: Support in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions and justifications, and claims adjustments based on determined tax liability.
o Aware and Informed: Well-versed in current affairs and innovative development in the technology and software markets.
Skills and Personal Qualities:
o Dependable: You align with client needs, adhere to reporting methodology, and collaborate among the IT team members on projects and rationales.
o Critical Thinker: Able to research, investigate, and solve problems using available resources.
o Eager to Learn: Open, excited, and willing to learn more about the R&D tax space and its applications within the tech industry.
o Proactive: Proactively engage in tasks, research, and with clients.
