A leading Bristol firm is looking to hire an experienced lawyer into their high-profile Real Estate Finance team as a Senior Associate.
The team leads the Real Estate Finance market, working with a sophisticated clientele of credit funds, specialist lenders and major clearing banks. Unlike other firms in Bristol, much of the work is cross-border matters for a range of international clients, often going into nine figures. The Senior Associate will work directly with the three core partners in the practice, taking on matters ranging from core investment financings to development financings and debt arrangements.
The firm is accepting applications from those with at least five years of experience post-qualification from a recognised REF practice, either in the city or the regions.
