£66,000 + DOE
Are you a real estate solicitor with experience in development interested in housing regeneration and strategic land work? You may be dealing with general development work or be a more experienced lawyer already specialising in regeneration and development.
This is a key appointment to work closely with a partner with significant upward potential for your career. You may feel the real estate work your firm offers is too general, or a lack of headroom in your current regenetation and development team.

You
- You will need to be a real estate estate lawyer ideally 2-6 years PQE with an established firm but please still enquire if you fall slightly outside of this PQE bracket
- Experience in real estate development work is an essential minimum requirement
- Hybrid working is offered, and the team are looking for someone to attend the office 3 days a week
