Job Description
We have partnered with a European bank hiring a Director in their real estate finance team.
- Responsible for the origination and execution of transactions with direct reports.
- 30% deals European , 70% UK - office, retail, logistics - moving more towards defensive assets.
- The average ticket size is 100m, can look at anything from 75m up to 500m.
- Both sponsor led and corporates
- They will be the lead real estate bookrunner with other banks – mainly arranging but will do some participations.
