A leading US law firm client is looking to strengthen its Real Estate Finance practice by hiring an additional Associate with first-rate Real Estate Finance experience.
The team is renowned for its expertise in handling sophisticated and high-value Real Estate Finance transactions for an impressive client base that includes institutional investors, financial institutions, private equity firms, and real estate developers. The work is varied and may include real estate debt, financing, refinancing, restructuring and securitisation of real estate, and other complex deals.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least two years of post-qualification experience in the UK gained at a recognised Real Estate Finance practice from a top City firm. Excellent academic background and stable career record are essential for this role.
