Role: Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Central London
Salary: £30k-£34k
Looking for a real estate paralegal role in a Legal 500 firm with a great environment and hybrid working? This might be the opportunity for you! My client is a large, multi-service firm based in Central London, looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal. If you have residential or commercial property experience, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into a new and exciting challenge! No previous Real Estate Finance experience is needed, as long as you have prior experience within Conveyancing.
This opportunity will include supporting lawyers in the Real Estate Finance team, which consists of opening files, land registry and Companies House applications, working on reports, and scheduling title deeds. After the initial probation period, there will be 1 day of working from home!
This role is available as the firm is looking to gain an experienced member of support staff who will assist the Real Estate Finance team as a whole. This is a good opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors to develop your skills further. After 1 year within the firm, a training contract would also be available for discussion.
Requirements
- A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).
- At least one year working in conveyancing at a firm in England.
- Experience using case management systems.
- Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
