Role
You will be working in the Real Estate team supporting clients internally and externally.
You will be working on transactions independently from inception to completion with appropriate supervision.
Responsibilities
- a busy caseload including liaising with clients to obtain instructions.
- and negotiating documents; offers, leases, variations dispositions, licenses to occupy and other ancillary documentation.
- sales and purchases, including plot sales.
- and reporting on titles.
- regular updates to clients on the progress of matters.
- with data rooms and online trackers.
What the firm are looking for
You will ideally have gained a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in Real Estate.
A keen eye for detail and experience of managing several tasks at any one time.
