About the Role:

  • As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be working on a broad caseload of commercial property work to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending.
  • With a strong focus on investment property portfolios, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including large property funds, private property companies, retailers, HNW individuals, lenders, charities, and educational establishments.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass the sale and purchase of residential and new build properties, as well as commercial premises, and the renewal of commercial leases.
  • You will demonstrate expertise in leasehold enfranchisement, advising on both collective enfranchisement and lease extensions, representing the interests of landlords and tenants alike.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law.
  • Proven track record in handling sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending.
  • Specialisation in advising on investment property portfolios, including leasehold enfranchisement is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
